Effective May 28, 2026

Website and service request terms

These Terms of Service apply to use of this website and to service requests submitted to Automatic System Technology through the website, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Project-specific proposals, invoices, or written agreements may include additional terms for approved work.

Use of this website

This website provides information about Automatic System Technology services, including automatic doors, automatic gates, garage door automation, gate openers, access control systems, intercom systems, parking gate systems, preventive maintenance, and repair support in Miami, Miami-Dade County, Broward County, and South Florida.

Visitors may use the website to learn about services, request an estimate, ask for urgent repair support, or contact the company. Visitors agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Estimates, appointments, and service requests

A request submitted through the website, by phone, text, email, or WhatsApp is not a confirmed appointment until Automatic System Technology responds and confirms the service details.

Estimates, recommendations, timelines, and availability may depend on site conditions, system condition, property access, parts availability, safety concerns, weather, building rules, HOA or property management requirements, and the final scope approved by the customer.

Urgent repair requests are prioritized based on availability, location, system type, and operational risk. Submitting an urgent request does not guarantee immediate dispatch or a specific arrival time.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, describing the issue clearly, arranging safe access to the property and equipment, securing required approvals from owners, managers, HOAs, tenants, or building staff, and confirming any site rules that apply to the work area.

Customers should disclose known electrical issues, structural concerns, damaged hardware, access control failures, safety hazards, gate or door impact damage, water intrusion, or previous repair attempts before work begins.

Equipment, compatibility, and site conditions

Automatic doors, gates, openers, intercoms, keypads, card readers, fob systems, vehicle loops, safety sensors, smart controls, and garage automation systems vary by brand, age, configuration, wiring, and condition.

Compatibility with existing equipment, mobile apps, smart home platforms, access credentials, building systems, or third-party products must be confirmed for each property. Some systems may require repair, replacement, modernization, electrical work, network changes, or manufacturer-specific parts.

Payments and approved work

Pricing, deposits, payment timing, accepted payment methods, warranty terms, and project-specific conditions should be provided in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Additional work, hidden damage, unsafe conditions, code-related issues, access problems, parts changes, or customer-requested scope changes may affect the final price or schedule. Work should proceed only after the customer approves the applicable scope.

Website content and service guidance

Website content is provided for general information and does not replace a site assessment, manufacturer instructions, applicable codes, ADA review, safety inspection, building rules, or professional evaluation of the specific property.

Automatic System Technology works to keep website information accurate, but service details, availability, product options, and recommendations may change based on actual site conditions and business operations.

Third-party links and tools

The website may link to third-party services, communication tools, maps, hosting providers, social platforms, payment tools, or developer websites. Automatic System Technology is not responsible for the content, policies, security, or practices of third-party websites or platforms.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, branding, images, graphics, and website structure are provided for Automatic System Technology and may not be copied, republished, or reused for another business without permission, except where allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Automatic System Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, delayed communications, unavailable website access, third-party tools, or reliance on general website information.

Nothing in these terms limits responsibilities that cannot be limited under applicable law or any written service agreement signed or accepted for a specific project.

Governing law and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Automatic System Technology may update these terms as services, website features, or business processes change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
